| Through the use of hand-held weaponry in traditional rollerskate team relay races, the deadly contact sport of “roller edge”- most notably the women’s division- is gradually stealing a large chunk of AMPUTHEATRE’s television fan base. As the bloodlust of the fans grew, roller edge promoters sought less athletes for their prowess at skating and more for their lack of conscience. 18-year-old Jennifer “Riptease” Ripley, offensive lineswoman for the Los Angeles Outrage- has become far more famous for her custom-made elbow blades and her in-game body count than her actual scoring record. Attorneys for the National Roller Edge Association have routinely defied the law’s attempts to see Ripley sentenced to AMPUTHEATRE combat. However, once Ripley heard that the murderous Flipside was arrested, she surrendered herself to the Evil Wardens- provided that she fight in the same arena as him. Catching him compete on an AMPUTHEATRE broadcast, Riptease recognized the spiked kneepads Flipside uses as belonging to a former Outrage teammate, long missing... | |||||||||

Riptease's exceptional Movement capabilities and skill with her Elbow Blades (two of them!) compensate for her average abilities. She has some of the longest range Charges in the game. The Drive-By Shearing is the ticket to success with her- used properly, it can let her end her Charge movement out of the range of possible counterattack. |
